Newsreader secures 367 per cent profit on Sydney home
Newsreader Natarsha Belling and her husband Glen Sealey, head of Renault Australia, have sold at Lane Cove North, after buying in Longueville.
The couple are upgrading to a five-bedroom house with pool that cost $6.1 million.
Their three-bedroom, one-bathroom Coolaroo Road home sold just two weeks into its Belle Property marketing for $3.42 million. The house had been their home since paying $731,000 in 2002.

Belling worked at Network 10 until being made redundant in August 2020. She was not out of work for long, joining Southern Cross Austereo’s new digital breakfast radio show hosted by Melbourne-based broadcaster Steve Price.
It has been a busy time on the newsreader property front.
The $15 million Hunters Hill estate of TV anchor Ann Sanders and her husband Andrew Strokon has hit the market, with the couple planning to downsize locally.
Newsreader Peter Overton and Jessica Rowe upgraded recently in Vaucluse, selling for $8.175 million and buying for around $11 million.
The custom-built Middle Cove home of late newsreader Brian Henderson has been listed by his widow, Mardi with price expectations of $12.5 million through Christie’s International.
The home to Australia’s longest-serving newsreader, it is expected to break the Middle Cove record.
